Appointment

Please be aware that all treatment times stated are inclusive of consultation & preparation time. For your safety and well-being a consultation must be completed on your first visit so please arrive 10 minutes early to ensure time to find a car park and our shop. If you are late to your appointment, we have the right to refuse service due to our 30 minute appointment time. If you are late you run the risk of not having a complete sculpt / re scheduling online. 

Liability

Waxing is considered a trauma to the skin. Reactions and infections can occur up to 48 hrs after your appointment. By booking in with Brow Lust you release Luxxe Bootique Pty Ltd T/A Brow Lust & its staff of any liability caused by waxing, tinting, lash lifts.

Consultation forms

All clients are sent a consultation form prior to your visit at Brow Lust. We ask that you please complete this prior to your appointment with us, It’s imperative that you read and answer all questions accurately as this will assist our artists to determine if the service you have booked is suitable for you.

Payment Terms

To secure your booking a deposit is required, however we do operate a cancellation policy. Please see below. 

Booking deposit

When booking online or in salon we will require a 50% booking deposit to secure your appointment. This booking deposit will be then deducted off your total.

Cancellation of Appointment

At Brow Lust we value your wellbeing and appointment. We understand from time to time that unexpected situations may arise causing you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We respectfully ask that you do give us sufficient notice ( 24 hours prior to your scheduled time ) to be able to fill your appointment time slot.

Any cancellation/no shows or rescheduling made less than 24 hours prior to appointment will result in the loss of your security deposit paid at the time of your initial booking.

Any cancellations made before 24 hours will have deposits reverted to an in-salon credit which be able to use on next booking/visit.

Rescheduling Appointment

Bookings made online via our website or linktree timely system are able to be rescheduled online up until 24 hours prior to your appointment.

Refunds and Exchanges

Products must be returned unused, unopened with their seal intact and in the same condition as they were originally purchased. We will not accept for exchange or refund any item which has been used or is not in the exact condition in which it was purchased from us. This does not affect your statutory rights. 

Health

Please notify us on booking of any medical condition prior to your treatment as some treatments may not be appropriate for you. If you are on topical skin medication, activated skin creams/serum/cleanser, or acne medication you must tell your brow stylist each time you come in.

Gift Vouchers

Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and are valid for 12  months from the purchase date and will not be accepted after the expiry date. Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, sold or transferred. Your must bring along your voucher to your appointment. Late cancellation and "failure to show" terms as laid out above also apply to gift vouchers.
